'BrackenHill began as a small dream: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Originated by the Rossi family in 1985, we originated as a quaint family-owned shop, cherishing recipes passed down for generations.

Marco Rossi, the creator of our brand, mastered the craft of pizza-making on her explorations across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the homeland of pizza. After coming back to the UK, her goal was to replicate the enchantment of traditional Italian pizza, using age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.

From a humble beginnings with only 12 seats, we've grown to become a cherished staple in the local community, yet our dedication to delivering excellence and genuine cuisine remains constant. We maintain our wood-fired oven practices, prepare our dough daily, and seek out the most superior ingredients available.

Even now, 'BrackenHill is still a family venture, with the next generation of the Rossi lineage at the helm of our enthusiastic team. And while we've adopted some contemporary touch-ups, our fundamental purpose endures: crafting delectable genuine pizza that unites people.
